Lemon Garlic Grilled Chicken Wings

A quick marinade on a traditional favorite. What more could one want? Enjoy!

 

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs Chicken Wings

2 large Lemons

1 head of Garlic (approx. 10 cloves) *crushed*

Salt

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)

2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil (Olive Oil can be used in substitution)

 

DIRECTIONS:

Crush the head of garlic and juice 2 lemons.

Rub the chicken with garlic, salt, lemons, and oil. Sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top. Marinate in the fridge for 2 -3 hours.

Grill over medium fire for 6-8 minutes per side. Depending on the size of the wings.

Serve with lemon/lime wedges.
